Google Apps Enterprise Users Now Have Google Plus Functionality


Great news for Google Apps business customers, despite some already having had the new functionality of Google+ available on their app dashboard.

Nevertheless Google today has provided the full functionality of Google+ features available for Google Apps Enterprise users.

As a result, Enterprise users now have enterprise-grade functionality and controls using Google+ on their accounts.  The new functionality for businesses now includes:

  • Post Sharing Control using Filtered Privacy.

  • Google+ Hangouts.

  • Controls for Google Apps administrators, capability to control set sharing defaults for posts on different teams, among others.
Google+ will also be included for standard users of Google Apps, it will become available next year.
